(Concern) Heel pain and numbness in the back of the foot.

Sometimes I feel pain in the back of my heel.
Is it because I work a lot standing up?
And it also feels numb.
Not the entire foot
Just the heel. When I walk, it feels like something is added to the back of my heel.
Are there people like this?
