For my knees and arms that have recently worsened.

Hello!
Recently, my knee has been swelling with fluid and tiny blood vessels in my elbow have burst.
They receive an injection once a week.
Unable to work properly due to suddenly worsening health.
I think I need to have some kind of plan.
If it takes a long time, water keeps accumulating in the knee, so swimming.
It has started.
I started walking ten thousand steps underwater.
Although it's not walking while breathing in clean air
I try hard to walk and run in the water.
