(Concern) I'm really worried because of chronic stomatitis.

I'm really worried about stomatitis. Once it occurs, eating becomes uncomfortable, and even during conversations, my pronunciation is affected.
Once canker sores appear, even after they heal, they reappear at some point, causing unbearable discomfort and difficulty in speaking.
And I think it's more difficult because I sometimes have a slight bad breath due to stomatitis.
I tried applying Albochil, then a cream called Peredex, and also OraMedy, but even after sleeping, it didn't get better.
How do you usually treat people with stomatitis? Even when visiting the hospital, there doesn't seem to be a specific treatment method.
The treatment method I received is a ointment called Peredex. How are people suffering from stomatitis treating it?
Please share this. Due to stomatitis, there are also issues with eating, and I am quite annoyed, so I am worried.
