(Concern) Should I undergo treatment for urinary incontinence?

After giving birth, I sometimes experienced severe coughing or when I did, a small amount of urine would leak out. Over time, it gradually improved naturally, but about three years ago, even just a slight cough would cause urine to leak.
I'm feeling anxious, so I keep wearing panty liners, but when they get moist, it itches, and it's uncomfortable.
I'm in my early 40s now, and I haven't gone to the hospital yet because I'm embarrassed about incontinence.
I should go at this point, right?
