Does presbyopia progress to age-related cataracts?

As I approach my late 40s, my eyesight seems to be deteriorating rapidly. When watching TV in the living room, the text on the screen appears blurry, and in the evening, my eyes become increasingly tired, with some blurriness in my vision. I'm wondering if this is just presbyopia or something else.

Could it possibly be age-related cataracts?

My biological father had cataract surgery, and I heard that cataracts can also be hereditary, so I'm really worried... ㅠㅠ
