Are there any lifestyle habits that can improve polycystic ovary syndrome?

I went to the OB/GYN because of irregular periods and was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome.

It turns out that my persistent irregular periods were due to polycystic ovary syndrome.

I heard that if I don't manage it properly through diet and exercise, I could develop high blood pressure and diabetes.

I heard there is no complete cure, but can I still get much better if I take medication and manage my lifestyle?

 

Right now, I am just giving her the prescribed hormones and inositol in addition.

If you know of any lifestyle habits that could improve, please give me some advice.

    다낭성난소증후군 진단받으셨군요 걱정이 크겠어요 일단 체중이 현재 어느정도인지 모르겠으나 5-10프로는 감량 하는게 좋구요. 30분이상 유산소와 근력 운동 꾸준히 해보세요. 그리고 채소 단백질 중심의 식단 위주로 먹고 야식은 드시지 마세요. 그리고 금연 금주도 중요합니다. 처방 받은 약 꾸준히 드시면서 잘 관리해보세요
