I have severe neck and shoulder pain from using the computer for long periods.

Since I sit in front of the computer every day, at some point my neck and shoulders became as stiff as rocks.
Even if I stretch from time to time, it only works temporarily, and I don't feel refreshed even after waking up, so daily life is a bit difficult.
