(Question) The edges of the whites of my eyes are always bloodshot. What could be the reason?
I think I sleep about 6 hours a day if I sleep lightly, and 8 hours if I sleep a lot.
(Instead, I wear contact lenses for more than 13 hours a day..)
I don't know why the edges of the whites of my eyes are always so bloodshot.
Even people I meet for the first time ask me why my eyes are so bloodshot.
They asked if I was working too much and said I looked very tired.
But I can't just stop wearing contact lenses entirely. It's difficult to wear glasses due to the nature of my work.
I've been using eye drops from time to time when my eyes get tired, but the effect only lasts about a minute.
How can I resolve redness at the edges of the whites of my eyes?
Do I really need to get SMILE LASIK? I wonder if the only solution is to stop wearing contact lenses altogether.
I wish I had white snow. I'm always worried about my bloodshot eyes.
