My rhinitis has gotten worse. Is there a treatment method?

I have always had rhinitis, but my symptoms seem to have worsened lately. I have a constant runny nose every morning and severe nasal congestion, making daily life uncomfortable. I am not sure if it is due to the season or the environment, but I am worried about whether I will have to continue living like this. 우선 비염이 심하면 가습기를 틀어줘서 실내 습도를 조절하는게 좋아요. 그리고, 코를 푸는것보다 생리식염수를 활용한 코세척용 기기 사용하는것도 좋아요! 외출할떄도 마스크 착용하는게 좋을거같아요. 미세먼지떄문에 더심해질수도 있어요
