(Question) I have severe insomnia and I'm tired in the morning. Is there any solution?
I always tell myself on my way home from work, "I'm going to go to bed early tonight... I'm going to go to bed early..." but...
When I take a shower and lie down in bed, I feel incredibly refreshed, but I can't fall asleep.
Because of that, I can't get up in the morning, and I find myself rushing to get ready, afraid of being late.
I want to fall asleep before midnight and wake up refreshed in the morning, but it doesn't go as planned.
I've tried taking magnesium and I don't even touch my phone for 30 minutes before bed, but
I couldn't fall asleep yesterday either, so I barely managed to drift off at 2 AM and dragged my weary body to work.
I don't know why I can't fall asleep. If I go to bed this late and wake up early, it's due to sleep deprivation.
I should be able to fall asleep easily... but I can't, and I'm so tired in the morning.
I honestly think I have chronic fatigue. What should I do to get a good night's sleep in a situation like this?
(For reference, I sometimes fall asleep at 10 PM, but in those cases, I wake up at 3 AM and can't fall back asleep.)
Please tell me how to solve insomnia. It's so hard. My personality is getting irritable because I can't sleep.
