(Question) I'm worried because I have severe cervical headaches.

Cervicogenic headaches are headaches at the back of the head caused by forward head posture (turtle neck), cervical disc disease, and other conditions. Since being diagnosed with this condition, I've been experiencing persistent cervical headaches. I've been seeing orthopedic surgeons, Korean medicine doctors, neurologists, anesthesiology, and pain medicine specialists to correct my condition and manage the pain. However, the most frustrating part is that the headaches often recur after initial treatment, even though they often improve. I'm curious to hear from anyone who's actually experienced cervical headaches and how they manage them. I'd appreciate any insights. Please share them with us.
