I don't know what's causing my shoulder deltoid pain.
My shoulder usually has no pain at all.
Raise your arms 90 degrees like in the picture
If I just lean back slightly, I feel pain in my deltoid area.
The part marked in blue in the photo
I've had these symptoms for over a week, but the pain doesn't go away.
Other movements are completely painless.
There is no pain at all, even when I sleep or am still.
However, as I wrote above, the pain only occurs with that movement.
I searched a lot about shoulder pain,
In my case, I couldn't find the cause.
Will it get better if I rest a bit?
Should I endure the pain and stretch with this movement?
Or maybe I should just rest without being stimulated
I've never done anything that put a strain on my shoulders.
If anyone has had a similar experience or knows anything about this, please let me know.
