My younger brother often gets warts on his toes.

My younger sibling, who has had wart treatments several times, said that laser is definitely the answer for wart treatment.

Actually, my younger brother had already had warts removed with cryotherapy and laser treatment before.

I went to a dermatologist two years ago and got it removed with laser, but they said it came back again this time.

 

 

Wart condition

At first, I didn't even know it was a wart.

I just thought I bumped my toe on the corner and it swelled up and forgot about it, but after a month or two it turned out like this.

At the time, it wasn't that bad and it was just a little bit worse, so he said he would try it himself and put some yulmu powder soaked in water on his feet.

First attempt is Yulmu Pack!

I didn't know, but yulmu packs are often used in folk remedies to treat styes and warts.

They say that the ingredient called allicin in yulmu is effective in removing blisters like that.

 

But since it had already relapsed, it obviously couldn't be treated with just yulmu powder...

Eventually the wart grew bigger and I tried again with a sty band!

I told him not to put a bandage on his wart, but...

The result? It failed.

In the end, I ended up taking my younger sibling to a dermatologist.

 

 

Condition before wart treatment

After wart treatment - right after laser treatment

I didn't think the wart was that big, but it was bleeding and red, probably because it was shot with a laser.

I thought it wouldn't hurt because it was a laser, but they said it did.

 

 

n days after wart treatment

It had not been long since I had laser treatment, so the area where the wart was removed was red.

Now that part needs to be fleshed out.

 

When you get a skin laser, you always have to use Duoderm, and they say they also use Duoderm for wart treatment.

I wish I had just gone to the hospital from the beginning, but it was hot and I suffered more because of the Duoderm.

It is said that they kept attaching it until new skin grew.

However, my brother's skin regeneration was slow, so it took two weeks for the red skin to turn into new skin.

 

So I was only able to take pictures after two weeks 😅

 

After a few days, the surrounding dirt naturally falls off...

 

I felt like I shouldn't be exposed to sunlight, so I kept wearing Duoderm until the wound healed.

And then my toes got swollen...

 

 

2 months after wart treatment - present

It took two months for the warts to completely disappear.

I've never had warts before, so I didn't realize it would take this long to heal.

My brother is worried that the warts will come back...

The advice I can give you is

For now, I told her not to worry because it was so clean, and that if she saw any signs of warts, she should go to the hospital right away.

 

As a result of observing from the side,

Warts are different from corns, so to properly treat warts, laser is the answer rather than corn bands or corn packs.
