    저도 요즘 자고 일어나면 허리가 아픈데 자는 자세와 침상이 좋지 못하다보니 그런거 같습니다. 하물며 비만이라면 더 하겠지요 필히 적절한 운동과 허리 스트레칭을 하길 권합니다.
