Are you taking deworming medication? Should I take it??

When I was young, I used to take deworming medication regularly.

There is no information about when to take this.

I'm not trying to copy, but I think family members should eat together at least once...

When life gets busy, I tend to forget as things get pushed to the back.

Do you take care of this?

Suddenly, I think of it and try to recall.

I think I used to take care of it about once a year when I was young.

I tend to forget and neglect this when it's time to take care of my child.

I usually skip it because it doesn't hurt or show any symptoms, but I don't think I should just ignore it, so I am asking.
