Does an insole help with plantar fasciitis? I'm curious if anyone has experienced the effects of such insoles.
My college-aged son has flat feet.
So, I can't walk very well.
Since I am overweight, I need to exercise, so I registered at the gym and am going to work out.
As expected, on the first day, he said he didn't exercise, so he was having trouble with pain in his foot.
The next day, I went to the hospital, received a prescription for plantar fasciitis, and after taking the medication and undergoing physical therapy, I felt a little better.
The problem is that this keeps happening repeatedly.
They are having a hard time because they experience pain from plantar fasciitis that recurs when they try to exercise a bit more diligently.
But I can't just avoid exercising; I need to work out.
There is such a thing as an arch support for plantar fasciitis.
Has anyone used insoles for plantar fasciitis?
I'm curious if it works~
