저는 위염이 만성으로 있어서 매끼니 시간 맞춰서 먹고 있어요 특히 아침에는 간단하게라도 먹으려고 노력합니다. 계란 브로콜리 양배추 쪄서 먹고 있구요. 소이비랩 저당두유 한팩씩 섭취하고 있어요. 너무 귀찮으면 두유라도 꼭 드세요. 아니면 단백질 보충제 팩으로도 잘 나오니 드셔도 좋구요.
