In the past, I lost quite a bit of hair and could clearly feel it every time I washed my hair, but since I naturally have thick hair, I just thought it was normal. However, one day I looked in the mirror and saw that the hair on the crown of my head was noticeably thinning. They say female hair loss starts from the crown, so I wonder if my hair loss began then. I still have some hair, but only on the crown area, the hair is thin, and I have to part my hair carefully to hide the thinning, which keeps catching my eye. I’ve heard that stress or sudden weight loss can cause hair loss, but I wonder if such hair loss is temporary or if it continues long-term, and whether the lost hair can grow back. It seems like hair is growing back in the areas where it was lost, but since my hair density hasn't recovered enough, even after about a year, the thinning remains unchanged.
