[Health Concerns] Is there a way to manage for that day?

I take probiotics before and after my period.

I eat it often, but besides that

 

I'm wondering if there is a helpful way.

Exercise is also fine~~

I'm curious because my menstrual cramps are particularly severe.

    유산균은 모르겠지만 스트레칭이랑 고관절 운동은 하는거같아요. 고관절이 삐뚤어져도 생리통이 심해진대서 스트레칭을 자주 하고있어요.
