Jangjeon-dong Jo Eun Shoulder Dongmun Orthopedic Surgery
A few days ago, I sprained my ankle while exercising and it hurt so much that I went to an orthopedic surgeon and was diagnosed with a fracture of the dorsal aspect of my foot.
This is the first time in my life that I have had a fracture, and I am glad that I included fracture diagnosis coverage when I signed up for insurance.
When I signed up for insurance, I was confident that I would never get a fracture, so I didn't want to pay for the fracture diagnosis, but my older sister, who was with me, said that you never know what will happen, so I signed up!!
I got hurt on Friday evening and visited the Jo Eun-eok Orthopedic Clinic the next day, Saturday.
I searched the internet and visited the closest one to my house.
There are so many restaurant reviews, but so few hospital reviews, so it's really hard to get information. That's why I'm trying to post about hospitals as soon as I visit them.
I will post information about the Jo Eun-Kae Orthopedic Clinic near Oncheonjang Station that I visited and my personal impressions.

This is the information posted outside before taking the elevator to the 6th floor and entering the hospital.
I was able to learn that the director of Jo Eun-eok Dongbu Orthopedic Surgery, Lee Sang-hoon, was the Lotte Giants team doctor.
I had a feeling that not just any doctor could be the Giants' team doctor, and even before meeting the doctor, I had a somewhat trustworthy feeling. I thought that I had found a good hospital right away through an internet search.
Inside the hospital
The inside of the hospital was bright and clean. Since hospitals are places where sick people come, it seems that they must be bright, clean, and neat.
Since there weren't many patients, I was able to check in, take an X-ray, and meet the director right away.
After filling out the questionnaire and waiting, I looked around the interior and saw that the treatment information was written prominently on one side of the wall.
It's not a large hospital, but it didn't feel like one of those old, boring hospitals you see in Dongrae. It felt like a lively hospital.
There were manual therapy, physical therapy, and rehabilitation rooms!!
Since I have difficulty walking, they provided a wheelchair for me, so I was able to move comfortably to and from the director's consultation room and when taking X-rays.
The older male doctor who took the X-ray was very kind and when it was time to leave after everything was over, my husband went out to get the car, but he looked after me and asked how I could go alone without crutches, so I was grateful.
And the nurse helped me move in a wheelchair. I sat in the wheelchair and spread my arms slightly, and she gently told me to keep them together because I might get hurt. She then patted my arm with her hand. If her voice hadn't been so gentle, I think I might have felt a little bad.
(He told me to keep my arms together because if I spread my arms out, my arms might hit the door or wall when I open the door and go in and out.)
I tried to understand on my own that since many elderly people come in with fractures, it must have become a habit to warn them first through their actions because their hearing is not good.
I have a bit of a sensitive personality, so I tend to react a bit too strongly to things that may seem trivial.
But overall, it was quite friendly.
And the director wasn't the warm and gentle type, but perhaps because he had a lot of experience, he was able to immediately diagnose the fracture with an X-ray. Since the extent of the fracture couldn't be confirmed with an X-ray, he recommended that I go to a large hospital and get a CT scan just in case.
Even though I didn't ask for it, the nurse told me to prepare the X-ray CD in advance, and she even told me what to say when I go to another hospital.
Since it was Saturday and the hospital might close early, they processed it quickly so that I could be transferred to a hospital that could do a CT scan right away.
If you are not seriously injured and need to go to a large hospital for a CT or MRI, or if you need physical therapy or minor treatment, it would be a good idea to visit Jo Eun-eokkeongmu Orthopedic Clinic.
