Reviews of ankle treatment at this orthopedic clinic

I am sharing my experience of receiving treatment for ankle inflammation at this orthopedic clinic.
I've been working hard on stair climbing these days to build up my strength.
But I think I set the goal too high and pushed myself too hard up to the 25th floor.
I sprained my ankle a little bit coming down the stairs.
On the day, I didn't feel much pain and was fine right away.
But... the next morning, my ankle started to swell and hurt.
It was difficult to turn my ankle, and it hurt more when I put my foot on the floor.
I had an X-ray at the hospital.
The doctor felt my ankle, and it hurt so much that tears welled up in my eyes.
I received physical therapy and got a ligament strengthening injection. The injection was really painful. ㅠㅠ
I was told to be careful with my ankles and wear sneakers for the time being.
They said that the ligament was slightly stretched, but fortunately there was nothing wrong with the bone.
For the time being, climbing stairs is also prohibited.
I hate taking medicine, but I got some anti-inflammatory and painkillers.
I also learned ankle stretching.

I was scared because they said that if the ankle sprain is severe, I would have to wear a cast and use crutches.

Even exercise can be toxic if you overdo it. ㅠ

The orthopedic surgeon explained things calmly and the physical therapist was very kind.
