My sister has a wound from a previous fall

There are no freckles on my face, but the scars are dark and look like freckles.

I thought it was like that when I was young

As I get older, I start to see freckles

I'm worried, but can these types of scars be removed with a laser?

If possible, I think Namdong-gu would be better :)
