When I mentioned it was a bit hot, they told me to let them know if I couldn't stand it. After a while, it became bearable. I think I was just a little surprised since it was my first time. They mentioned that herbal medicine is covered by insurance at Korean medicine clinics these days, so it is a bit more affordable. They recommended it, so I got a week's supply. The cost wasn't burdensome.
