I prepaid for the Shurink treatment and completed the reservation at the end of March, and visited on April 4th.
However, I was suddenly informed on-site that prices had increased starting in April and that I had to pay an additional 44,000 won.
I was very surprised to be asked for an additional fee even though it was the exact same procedure with no change in the details or number of shots.
Above all, the most disappointing aspect was the lack of any prior notice regarding price changes, either at the time of booking or before the visit.
I had no choice but to pay since I took the time to visit, but this kind of approach inevitably undermines customer trust.
