My 14-month-old baby had been coughing and drooling for several days, and the skin around his mouth and cheeks had gotten worse due to phlegm, so I visited the pediatrician. The hospital was busy with children, but I made a quick appointment, so the wait wasn't long. During the examination, the doctor personally checked my cough and carefully explained whether it was a simple cold or a respiratory issue. Fortunately, I was reassured that it wasn't serious.
