This was my first time visiting the internal medicine department, and the short wait time after my appointment made it convenient. The hospital was clean and quiet, which helped me relax a lot. The staff who greeted me from the moment I checked in were also very kind and helpful. The doctor asked me detailed questions about my symptoms and explained them step by step in an easy-to-understand manner, which put me at ease. He was very considerate and made sure to minimize any discomfort, and he provided thorough guidance on the results, future lifestyle management, and medication precautions, which was very satisfying. The doctor was also very attentive and answered any questions I had after my appointment, which made me realize that this is a hospital I will continue to visit for future health care needs.
