I've had back pain since I was young. After getting married, having children, and raising them, it reached its peak. I went to Silra Hospital on the 119th visit and underwent surgery for the 3rd and 4th discs. Since then, the pain continued, making life difficult. By chance, my younger sibling recommended swimming, so I started and have been exercising for 20 years now. It was tough at first, but I only did freestyle, and after a few years, the pain gradually disappeared. I believe that after disc surgery, building muscle strength through exercise is important. I recommend this to anyone suffering from disc problems like me.
