Today's diet & exercise goal results (3/4)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Since the vacation is over, I should work out hard again, right? Haha
Even during my vacation, I didn't miss exercising, but I took it easy anyway~
I am planning to work hard again starting this week~ haha
I will try to manage it by exercising consistently!
I'll also do strength training and make sure not to miss my 10,000 steps! Haha
