2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Achieved all four things for four consecutive days! Haha
Because it's hot, I always go to the gym, so I happily achieved all four goals~ haha
I'm quite proud after achieving it~ㅎㅎ
I couldn't do strength training much, but I still enjoyed going to the gym~ haha
I'll keep taking care of myself and go to the gym, and I'll see you in the summer~ haha
