It's been really hot lately. Just a short time outside makes me sweat profuselyㅠ I'll drink plenty of water this week to stay hydrated, and I'm planning to manage my diet a bit.
Lately, I've only been eating really delicious things haha
I plan to drink more than 1.5 liters of water a day and follow a diet mainly consisting of protein and vegetables.
