It's been a while, but I achieved all four goals~ haha
Thanks to my business trip and going around, I easily achieved 10,000 steps~ haha
Thanks to the business trip, I arrived at the gym early and had a relaxed workout~ㅎㅎ
Business trips are exhausting, but sometimes they give me a bit of free time~ㅎㅎ
On days like this, it's also easy to manage~ㅎㅎ
I'll keep paying attention to exercise and try to manage it! Haha
