Today's diet & exercise goal results (1/4)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Failed (5,000 steps~ㅠㅠ)
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
I was so tired that I just slept... and since I felt I hadn't done much, I even did some squats...
I wonder if it's the day I laid it down... I felt a little less tired after waking up, but I'm still tired~
Next time, I will definitely find a way to fit in some exercise!
