7.17~18 Diet & Exercise Goal Results (2/4)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success*2
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success * 2
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed*2
4. Stop by the gym and work out - Fail*2
Wow... I achieved 50% for two consecutive days~
Worked overtime on the 17th, failed to have salad and go to the gym
I had plans on the 18th, so I failed to get salad and go to the gym.
I'm so busy that I'm not in my right mind~
Society is unsettled and chaotic~ㅠㅠ
Still, you should get your act together in times like this, right? Always manage!
I'll try to relieve some stress~ haha
