1. Drink a glass of water and take probiotics on an empty stomach in the morning, then take vitamins and zinc supplements after lunch.
Eat three meals a day and fast after 8 PM.
3. Gain 1-2 kg in current weight and increase muscle mass
Walk for 40 minutes after dinner.
