1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Today is Friday night~ I worked out, but I should also relieve the stress of the week, right?
So today, since I didn't have any plans, I stayed home and had a drink alone.
I thought I was having a good week, but I happened to get stressed this morning~ lol
The only ways to relieve this frustration are exercise and alcohol~
Still, excessive drinking is prohibited! Haha, because it's not good for your skin~ haha
