2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
I couldn't go to the gym today because I had an appointment~
I managed to find time to do some basic exercises before going to the appointment~
And something you can't miss! It's the 10,000 steps~ haha
Manbo has now become like my clingy little buddy~ haha
I will continue walking steadily! Haha
