I'm going to start walking exercise again from tomorrow!
I had a lot to do this week, so I couldn't exercise properly!
Taking a break for just a day or two makes it feel like all the steady effort I've put in has gone to waste.
This week's health goals are to walk 10,000 steps and drink more than 1 liter of water!
