I have been doing it every single day without fail!!
At first, it was due to a lack of exercise.
I felt like I was going to die because it was so hard!!
I've gotten used to it by continuing, so now it's a piece of cake.
Losing weight effectively and meaningfully
It's the goal!! Let's do our best!!
I am now planning to walk 10,000 steps again.
