Today's diet & exercise goal result (3/5) but successful (since I went to the gym~ haha)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Failed
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
I had a busy day again today...
In the afternoon, I went on an external business trip, and since the work at the destination took longer, I left work late...
It's so hot that I skipped salad and ate cold noodles instead.
Still, after finishing work in the evening and doing an hour of lower body exercise at the gym for the first time in a while, I feel accomplished~ㅎㅎ
I will keep exercising regularly to take care of my health~ haha I'm tired, but I feel better than yesterday~ haha
