Resist the temptation of food!
I will set this as my goal for this week.
I think the temptation of food is the greatest.
If I have to wish for something more, it would be not to get stressed.
Lately, I've been under so much stress that even at this moment I feel like I'm missing something I should be doing, and it's making me very uncomfortable, so I can't sleep.
I want to achieve mental stability as a bonus.
I get hungry and crave food when I'm stressed.
I think it's a vicious cycle where I overeat, can't resist food temptations, and end up neglecting my health.
I can do well, right?
