Today's diet & exercise goal results
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
Today's basic exercises were successful~
However, due to appointments last week and yesterday, I gave up on gym workouts until today~
There is a company dinner tomorrow, but I plan to skip the alcohol and just have a meal.
Feeling depressed because I haven't been able to go to the gym for over two weeks due to a right arm injury...
Certainly, I once again realize that exercise is good for mental health.
