Friday health goal

Successfully walked 10,000 steps in the morning and climbed 25 floors of stairs once

Walking 5,000 steps in daily life and frequently hydrating in the afternoon - in progress

Avoid overeating and overdrinking in the evening

Mornings always go smoothly and successfully, but afternoons are always difficult.

I'll try to do my best today as well.
