Monday Health Goals

Monday is always a difficult day to exercise.

Resist laziness and walk ten thousand steps and climb the stairs once in the morning.

In the afternoon, the goal is to walk 5,000 steps in daily life.

Morning was successful, but filling 5,000 steps in the afternoon was more difficult than I expected.

I'll try to do my best today as well.
