1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
I was too busy this week to properly manage my exercise routine~ㅠㅠ
So, even if I took it easy on Saturday, I forced myself to move somehow on Sunday.
Of course, I achieved 10,000 steps! Haha. The rest, like squats and planks, are difficult, but I managed to push through.
But after just a few days, my body can't handle it anymore~ㅠㅠ
You will probably say you're feeling tired tomorrow, right?ㅠㅠ I'm trying to readjust quickly~
