I failed to run five times a week and take two days off. I ended up running six times a week.
Friday and Saturday are for light exercise and rest, but I overate yesterday afternoon and ate bread at night, so I felt sluggish this morning and went for a run. Two drinks, no late-night snacks, successfully went two days without noodles, bread, snacks, or ice cream.
If there is no bread or snacks at home, I can endure it, but if they are still there, I can't resist and also can't control my intake.
Starting from tomorrow, I will run more than 35,000 steps, over 120 floors, only five days a week.
I will challenge myself to have three days a week without noodles, bread, snacks, or ice cream.
