Currently, I started with a challenge to do Pilates twice a week, but I am running three times a week.
I will continue what I was doing consistently and also add walking more than 8,000 steps every day.
Honestly, just setting a 10,000-step goal seems impossible lol. I'll reduce it to 8,000 steps and do it every day.
I won't forget, I will walk. By strengthening my muscles with Pilates and combining it with fasting cardio in the morning.
You will get healthier, right? ^^
