I share my health goals.
My first health goal is mental health.
- First and foremost, in order to enjoy a happy life
1) I believe that one should be mentally peaceful and 2) think positively.
- As a practical method
1) Reading a book once a month
2) Take a walk once a week
The second health goal is a physical health goal to build strength.
Now, focus on physical health: 1) maintaining normal weight 2) building stamina

Climbing stairs
2) Drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day
