I often see myself getting tired from sweating a lot as the weather gets hotter.
So today, I am eating meat again, and seeing myself eat meat 2 to 3 times a week makes me reflect.
I want to follow a vegetarian-based diet for health reasons, but since the kids really like meat and I also enjoy it, my health goal for this week is to eat meat only once during the week.
Lately, I’ve been too lazy to make side dishes, so grilling and eating meat has become my daily routine. Starting today, I think I’ll gradually reduce the amount of meat and try adopting a vegetarian diet for my health.
