I have a personal major event in three months, so I set a goal to manage it even briefly!
First,
Drink 1 liter of water a day!
Since I usually don't drink much water, my skin is dry and my throat is very dryใ
I chose to quench my thirst with vegetable and fruit juice instead of water, so I also worry about my overall health, and I set that as my first goal haha.
Second,
Walking 10,000 steps every day
I think I usually walk a lot, but if I don't set a goal, I tend to slack off, so I decided to set one and follow through.
third
Lose 5 kilograms of body fat through diet and exercise!
This is my final goal three months from now haha
I wish I could lose more weight, but I decided on -5kg to do it without overdoing it!
I am currently going to the gym and focusing on cardio exercises, but I am also thinking of gradually increasing my strength training ๐
I hope there will be some change in three months haha
