건강목표를 설정해놓으니 좋긴 하드라구요 계속 하다보면 잘 지켜질날이 올꺼라 믿습니다 ㅋ
Since I set my health goals around the weekend initially, I keep ending up setting them from the weekend to the following weekend each time lol
First, enjoy exercising. Once you start, do your best.
Second, on days I can't do home workouts, I do home learning.
Third, please make sure to take your supplements properly.
Fourth, be sure to make a health checkup appointment!!!
Health goals are not something that change rapidly every week.
It's something I do consistently, so the goals are similar each time.
Still, now that I have written down the goal like this,
No one says anything!! But I end up keeping it^^
So, I am writing again like this this week.
